Paul is a twenty year Navy veteran. During his career, he had the privilege of working with our nation's Special Forces including seven years with the Navy SEALs. His passion for teaching and physical fitness led him to become an A.F.A.A. Certified personal trainer. "Personal training is not just about how much you know. It's about educating people in a way that makes getting in shape enjoyable." Paul has been all over the world. His two favorite places, the gym and with his family.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He has a degree in exercise and health science. He was presented for the American college of sports medicine and competes in weightlifting competitions. Emmett is also valued member of the national strength ad conditioning association and American college of sports medicine.
Chris has been active with fitness his whole life. He views personal training as a way to show others how they can improve their quality of life through challenging yet fun and rewarding workouts. He holds a black belt in Tang Soo Do and used to compete competitively in powerlifting.
Chris has studied biomechanics, anatomy, nutrition and physiology of the body. The best thing he does for his clients is to show and teach them new workouts that allow them to keep challenging themselves. You will not find an "easy" workout here. "Hard" workouts build harder bodies. And harder bodies build better quality of lives.
Chris challenges himself to show his clients, whether beginner or advanced lifter, a better and more functional way of training. Don't think about getting in shape, do something now that will get you in shape.

Jacob has been a trainer for seven years. He holds a minor in bio mechanics and certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Cooper Institute, and the National Counsel of Strength and Fitness. He has a black belt in the martial art of Kempo and was a competitor in Muy Tia Kickboxing for several years. Being a personal trainer has given him the experience over the years to teach proper corrective exercise training along with muscular endurance for optimal results. He believes that anyone can achieve his or her body composition goals by adjusting exercise and diet to their life style. He makes this possible with accountability, motivation, along with health, and nutrition guidance. If your goal is losing weight, gaining strength, or increasing your athletic performance Jacob has the knowledge and experience to help you accomplish goals you didn’t think were possible.
